Booking an appointment
You can book an appointment via our internet booking service or call us at 09 3152 6000.
We answer phone calls from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM. We also offer appointments outside of these times where possible.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made by phone during the clinic’s opening hours no later than the working day before the appointment. For appointments that are not canceled or are canceled too late, we will charge a fee of €80–180 depending on the length and type of appointment: appointments of up to 60 min €80–133 depending on the length of the visit, video otoscopy and laser surgery appointments €180.
